We use customer information to understand the issue, confirm the address, dispatch the right HazirJanab field worker or crew, coordinate visits, provide service updates, keep operational records, improve quality and respond to support or privacy requests.

We may use phone numbers or WhatsApp conversations to follow up on incomplete inquiries, completed jobs, service quality, reminders, offers or maintenance support. You can ask us to stop promotional follow-ups at any time.

Location, photos and technician data

Location information is used to identify the service address, area, route or assignment zone. If a future technician app collects background location, it will be used for dispatch, nearby job assignment, arrival coordination and operational safety.

Photos, videos and job notes are used only to understand the service issue, prepare the assigned crew, document work and resolve service questions.
